Eligibility Requirements:
Customers are required to bring vehicles to Prime Service Department for required oil and filter changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles, with the exception of VW models that are required every 10,000 miles. Vehicles with over 100,000 miles at time of sale do not qualify. There is a 90-day or 3,000-mile elimination period for coverage to be eligible for repairs. Warranty covers all new vehicles and Prime Certified vehicles. It does not cover the following makes and models: Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley, Hummer, Maybach and Vespa. Warranty program is not available on lease vehicles, and vehicles purchased at the Prime Value Center.

Covered Parts:
Drive Axle -- All internally lubricated parts; Gear Cases and Housing if damaged as the result of a mechanical failure to an internally lubricated part; Axle Shafts and Bearings; C.V. and Universal Joints; Propeller Shafts.

Transmission/Transfer Case -- All internally lubricated parts; Gear Cases and Housing if damaged as the result of a mechanical failure to an internally lubricated part; Torque Converter; Vacuum Modulator Valve.

Engine -- All internally lubricated parts; Engine Block, Heads and Intake/Exhaust Manifolds if damaged as a result of a mechanical failure to an internally lubricated part; Water Pump; Thermostat and Thermostat Housing.
